Pricing

Initial Consultation

£100 + 20% vat if applicable

In Country applications - Family/Spouse/Private life

£2000 + 20% VAT if applicable

For those who currently have no valid leave to remain in the UK. This fee includes liaising with the Home Office until a decision is made on your application.

Entry Clearance Visa - Spouse/Child

£2000 + 20% vat if applicable

For spouses and parents who reside in the UK permanently and wish to sponsor their partner/child to join them in the UK. 

In Country renewal applications - Family/Spouse/Private life

£1500 +20% vat if applicable

For individuals/families whose current Leave to remain Visa is due for renewal.

In Country Indefinite Leave to Remain applications

£1500 + 20% vat if applicable

For those who are eligible for ILR in the UK, and meet the threshold required under their particular type of Visa.

Naturalisation applications

£750 + 20% vat if applicable

For those who wish to naturalise as a British Citizen, and currently have indefinite leave to remain or settled status in the UK.

Asylum and Human Rights applications

£2000

All types of Asylum and Human rights applications, including under article 8 and article 3

Applications against Deportation

£2000 + 20% vat if applicable

Applications for Bail

£750 + 20% vat if applicable

Judicial Review

from £2000 + 20% vat if applicable

Administrative Review

from £1000 + 20% vat if applicable

 

Appeals at the First tier Tribunal

£1500 + 20% vat if applicable

Student visa applications - Graduate Scheme

£1500 + 20% vat if applicable

Miscellaneous Charges

Preparing a Deed Poll

£120 + vat if applicable

Preparing Affidavit/Statement of Truth

£60 + vat if applicable

  • Home Office application fees
  • Immigration Health Surcharge
  • Barristers fees
  • Court/Tribunal fees
  • Interpreters fees
  • Expert fees
  • Other disbursements and any other third party/external fees

Additional Information

  • The fees cover all the work to be done from taking initial instructions and up to and including advising on the outcome of the application or appeal, as appropriate.
  • We will agree the fee in advance for any application or appeal which is not covered above.
  • In some cases our partners will allow discounts depending on the nature and the circumstances of the application or appeal such as prior knowledge of the client.
  • VAT as applicable will be payable on top of our fees
  • The general timescale for an application to be decided by the Home Office is twelve weeks to six months (depending on the type of application)
  • However, we are unable to provide a more specific timescale on how long an application or an appeal will take to conclude as this depends on the Home Office, the Tribunal and the Courts. Nonetheless we assure all clients that we comply with all the deadlines where reasonably possible in making applications and following them up as necessary.
